The NHS's Change4Life campaign is about making healthy changes to your life - helping to counterbalance some of the more dangerous attributes of 'modern life' like TV, computer games and fast food.
Fruitful Office supports the Change4Life campaign by providing useful tips to help office staff and their families reach their 5 A DAY. Making better and more informed eating decisions will improve your health and help prevent many life-threatening diseases.
We are currently including a special Change4Life information flyer in every basket we send to our over 1,000 clients right accross the UK. Our fruit reaches over 80,000 staff on a weekly basis and our useful health tips engage busy employees at a moment in their day when they are eating a piece of fruit and ‘thinking healthy':
Our healthy tips include:
- Breakfast - add fruit to cereal porridge or lower fat yoghurt - a handful of berries or a chopped banana is lovely.
- Lunch - add some crunch to your sandwiches with cucumber, grated carrot or tomato.
- Snacks - swap sugary, high fat snacks for quick, easy and yummy options - like fruit!
