Planting Fruit Trees campaign update: January to March 2014
Total trees planted so far: 729,868
Focus: Liwawa Fruit Club
- This orchard was set up in 2008 after receiving its first fruit tree seedlings with help from Fruitful Office
- They now have tangerine, orange, guava, avocado pears and mango trees
- In a few months' time the local community will be able to eat their first oranges and guavas - which they have grown themselves
