Planting Fruit Trees campaign update: January to March 2022
Case study: tree planting at rural hospitals
- Avocado, Orange, Tangerine Pawpaw and Guava trees have been planted at four rural hospitals in Malawi
- Hospital community and committee members were taught how to plant and care for the young trees (seedlings and guidance provided by Ripple Africa)
- Top officials for the hospitals appreciated the initiative and said this would not only bring environmental benefits but would also provide the hospital fruits with essential nutrients
