Delivery & flexibility
Yes. Your plan is fully flexible: increase, decrease, or pause — up to one working day before delivery. Manage it easily online or contact our service team. Quick and simple.
No. You’re never locked in. Our subscription is monthly and cancellable anytime.
We deliver on the agreed delivery day between 07:00 and 14:00. You don’t need to do a thing — we’ll make sure the fruit is on your work floor on time. If your workplace is only open after a certain time, we will accommodate for that.

Sustainability & impact

Surplus fruit reaches hundreds of foodbanks and charities right across the UK via The Felix Project (FareShare). Anything no longer edible is composted or converted into biogas. Not a single peel is lost.

Tax benefits
Yes. In the UK, providing fresh fruit in the workplace for employees is generally treated as a normal staff welfare cost and is therefore tax-deductible for businesses, as long as it’s provided for employees to enjoy at work and not for client entertainment. It is typically classed in the same way as tea or coffee for staff and does not create a taxable benefit for employees when offered on a reasonable, inclusive basis. As with all expenses, businesses should keep proper records and confirm treatment with their accountant (we are not authorised to provide any tax advice).
